  • My item was stolen, How can I get a refund?"
    Unfortunately, We are not responsible for lost or stolen items.
  • I gave an incorrect address, Can I get a refund?"
    We are sorry to inform, If you provided an incorrect address at checkout, a refund will not be granted.
  • How long does shipping take?
    ● We know you can’t wait to get your new shoes! Orders are shipped within 5-7 business days (7-14 business days during high volume times) after order has been placed. This excludes holidays and weekends. You will receive a confirmation email within minutes once your order is placed. When your order is shipped, you will also receive a shipping confirmation. There you will be able to track the status of your order. ● Email customercare@magnifeetcentshoes.com or login to your account at any time to check the status of your order. Shipping options: ● International Shipping: We are not responsible for any additional duties and/or taxes required by international shipping
  • Can I return or exchange an item?
    We have a 14 day return policy. All shoe returns must be completely unworn and are thoroughly checked upon return. If there are signs of wear and tear, we can not provide a refund. ● If you would like to return an item, contact us via email at magnifeetcentllc@gmail.com for a return form and return label. Only confirmed returns will be accepted, please do not ship order back without confirmation. ● Items can only be returned for a refund. We can not process exchanges. If you require an alternative size, color or style, please place a new order. All returned items will be refunded once they've been received by our warehouse. Make sure the returns form is filled out with your order number and placed in your returns parcel - we can't process your return without these details. Please allow 5 business days to process refunds once we receive the item/s. ● All sale items, including items purchased during our Black Friday sale, are final and ineligible for refunds. ● International purchases are currently ineligible for returns and exchanges.
  • How do I change or cancel my order?
    Unfortunately, we are unable to make any changes to orders once placed. This includes change your shipping method. Please contact us immediately to cancel your current order. You can place a new order for the correct item and/or with your desired shipping method.
  • Can I return a gift card?
    All gift cards sales are final.
  • I am an international customer. Do I have to pay customs and taxes?
    Items shipped outside of the United States may be subject to import duties, taxes and/or charges which are not included in the total cost of your order, nor will they be covered or reimbursed by Magnifeetcent. In addition, we are not responsible for any shipping deliveries that may be affected by customs, natural occurrences, transfers from our deliver carrier to the local carrier in your country or air and ground transportation strikes of delays once the package has exited the United States. Please check with your country’s customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to placing your order.
